Context: Previously, when adding a booking, past guests would appear as suggestions when you typed their name. After selecting the correct guest, their saved information (email, address, etc.) would automatically populate.
This behavior will be restored in the near future!
In the meantime, to enter a booking for a returning guest:
1) Navigate to Experience > Contacts.
2) Locate the guest you want to create a booking for.
3) On the far right, click the three-line (hamburger) icon, followed by Enter Booking
4) You may now enter a booking for this guest and their saved information will populate. All that is left is to enter arrival and departure dates, accommodation and save
