Airbnb
Once you are connected with to a channel manager via API, the vast majority of settings must be configured in the channel manager (in this case Smoobu).
In Smoobu, click Configuration - Booking Portals - Airbnb Additional settings
Then, in red box, click the Availability tab and modify the Minimum hours between Booking and Arrival.
This setting is substracted back from midnight / 0:00 on arrival day. For example, if you want no same day bookings after 12pm, select 12 hours between Booking and Arrival. If you want a minimum one 1 day notice, select 24 hours between Booking and Arrival.
Your Website
If you wish to configure advanced notice / lead time for your website / Booking Engine, you can do so in Configuration - Booking Engine.
At the top, select your property and then modify the Minimum days between Booking and Arrival.
For example, if you want a minimum one 1 day notice, select 1 day between Booking and Arrival.
Other portals
If you wish to add fees for extra guests for other portals (such as Booking.com and Expedia), the settings for lead time / advanced notices are added in that portal's partner website directly (not in Smoobu).
