In Smoobu, a Property represents a bookable unit, such as a room, apartment, holiday home, or houseboat. Creating your internal property is the first step to setting up your account, as the system is structured around it. The guide below provides explanations, examples, and instructions to help you through the process.
2) Add your property's name and then click on Add accommodation.
3) Optional: Enter check-in time, check-out time, time zone, configure days to block before or after bookings, and add labels.
4) Save
Repeat for all your properties/units.
Note: In some cases, you may have a more complex structure. For example, you could have a property that can be rented as a whole or each room individually. If you want to offer both an entire Villa and the two rooms individually: if the whole house is booked, both rooms should be blocked; if one room is booked, the whole house should be blocked, but the second room remains available.
