Can’t find your portal/channel in our list? No problem — it’s not possible to include every booking platform due to the large number available worldwide.
Instead, you can use the “Individual iCal” option to connect your availability calendar and keep reservations synchronized across portals/channels. This guide will show you how to set up a two-way iCal connection with other portals/channels.
Step-by-Step
1) In Smoobu, go to Booking Portals.
2) Click Select portal, search for Individual iCal, select it, then click Add portal.
3) On the left side, you will see your Smoobu iCal link (highlighted below). Copy this link and paste it into your booking portal.
This will import bookings and blocked dates from Smoobu into the portal.
3) Copy the iCal link from the booking portal and paste it into the empty field on the right-hand side in Smoobu.
4) Save
We recommend verifying the transferred data after setup, as small differences may occur between systems. While around 95% of portals use the same iCal standard and sync correctly, it’s always best to double-check to ensure everything is up to date.
