How do I connect other channels via iCal?

Can’t find your channel in our list? No problem — it’s not possible to include every booking platform due to the large number available worldwide.

Instead, you can use the “Individual iCal” option to connect your availability calendar and keep reservations synchronized across channels. This guide will show you how to set up a two-way iCal connection with other channels.

Step-by-Step

1) In Smoobu, go to Channels and search "Individual iCal"

2)  Click Connect

3) On the left side, you will see your Smoobu iCal link (highlighted below). Copy this link and paste it into your channel

This will import bookings and blocked dates from Smoobu into the channel.

3) Copy the iCal link from the channel and paste it into the empty field on the right-hand side in Smoobu.

4) Save
