All other portals - the fee is added in that portal's website

 Airbnb 

Once you are connected with Airbnb API, you can enter/edit your cleaning fee or price per extra guest in for Airbnb by going to Smoobu Configuration- Booking Portals - Airbnb: Additional settings

Your Website

If you wish to add fees for extra guests or a cleaning fee for your website, you can do so in Smoobu > Configuration > Booking Engine

Other portals

If you wish to add fees for extra guests for other portals, the fees for extra guest or cleaning fee is added in that portal's partner website directly (not in Smoobu)

Extra guest fee - you can configure your rates work with the base rate having the maximum number of possible guests to a minimum OR from a minimum to a maximum. This configured in the Booking.com Extranet under Rates & Availability > Pricing per guest.
