This guide explains how to create and send a quotation without blocking your calendar while still keeping your availability open for other bookings. Creating a quote or offer is especially useful for handling phone calls, email enquiries, and walk-in requests, all without blocking availability on your calendar. This ensures that if a guest does not proceed with the booking, your dates remain open and you no longer need to manually unblock them.

- Keep track of all quotations you have sent
- Reduce pricing errors with automatic calculations (no calculator needed)
Step by step
1) Click “Enter booking” and fill in the guest details (name, email, phone number, etc.).
2) Instead of clicking “Save”, click the arrow next to it and select “Create Offer”.
3) Send the offer to your potential guest.
- Manually: The offer link is available in the booking details. Go to the Bookings tab, filter by Offers, then click “View more” to access and copy the offer link.
- Via message template: Use the placeholder [offerurl] in a message template. When the message is sent, the offer link will be automatically inserted.
4) Your guest can complete the booking using the available payment methods in the Booking Engine. Once the offer is accepted and paid, it will automatically be converted into a confirmed booking

Hi there,
I have 2 questions:
1.
In the bookings overview don't see the '3 horizontal stripes' on the right side where you can click on 'send message'.
2.
I've made a test order now to myself via 'messages' in the lefthand side menu bar, but when clicking the link for the booking proposal, there was no information (date / price / etc) in there.
Thanks to advise.
Can the guest pay direct based on the quotation offer I have made - you tell me how to accept the booking, and see the calendar blocked out - but how to accept payment?

The offer feature (quotation) is a usefull feature we´d like to make use of, however can one have the option to block paralel to an offer to avoid double bookings?
