This guide explains how to connect your Booking.com listings to Smoobu, enabling seamless synchronization of bookings, calendars, and guest information. It covers the step-by-step process for linking the two and ensures bookings, prices, and settings flow correctly to manage your listing(s) efficiently.
Before you get started
- Repeat all steps below for each property ID. - Please note that the initial bookings only supply limited booking data. - New bookings will provide the full data set and all contact info.
a. If you don't yet see Booking.com under My portals, add Booking.com as a portal
b. If Booking.com is already under My portals, click Edit at the far right of the Booking.com line
2) In a new tab or window, open your Booking Extranet. Click Account → Connectivity Provider
3) Click Search, type Smoobu, and select Smoobu from the list
4) Tick the box for Extranet access (recommended) and click Connect
5) The message "Pending Provider Setup" will show; however, there is no need to wait! Head back to Booking portals - Booking.com and enter your Booking.com "Property ID" (typically a 7 or 8 digit number). Save.
6) Click "Not connected" and match the property to the corresponding Booking.com listing
