This guide explains how to connect your Booking.com listings to Smoobu, enabling seamless synchronization of bookings, calendars, and guest information. It covers the step-by-step process for linking the two and ensures bookings, prices, and settings flow correctly to manage your listing(s) efficiently.
Before you get started
- Please note that the initial bookings only supply limited booking data. - New bookings will provide the full data set and all contact info.
6) Search and select Smoobu, tick the box for Extranet access (recommended) and click Connect
7) The message “Pending Provider Setup” will show; if you have a single listing, return to Smoobu. If you wish to connect additional listings, repeat steps 5–7 for each listing.
9) Back in Smoobu, click Continue
10) Enter your Booking.com Property ID and click Add. If you have multiple Property IDs, add each one at a time. When done, click Continue.
11) Match each property in Smoobu with its corresponding Booking.com listing, then click Continue.
12) All current and future Booking.com bookings will now be imported into Smoobu. Click Continue.
13) Activate Booking.com's New Property Deal or activate a non-Refundable Rates on Airbnb (optional). To do this, click "Go To Settings" or click "I'll do this later" to continue.
14) Congratulations! You have successfully connected Smoobu and Booking.com. Be sure to connect any additional channels you are listed on, and add any direct bookings or blocked dates so your Smoobu calendar is 100% complete. Read more in our First Day Guide.
