The Airbnb Quality Dashboard provides a clear, real-time overview of your listings’ performance according to Airbnb’s quality standards. This guide explains each section of the dashboard and how to interpret the data.

Getting started
Select an Airbnb Account: Open the account dropdown (top-left) and choose the account you want to view. If you only have one Airbnb account connected, it will be selected by default.

Choose the Scope:
Select All Properties to see account-level data.
Select individual Listings/Properties to drill down into specific listings.
3. Dashboard Updates: The dashboard automatically updates to show metrics for the selected account or listing.
Account and Listing Status
At the top of the box, you will see:
Account Status (when "All Properties" is selected)
Listing Status (when viewing an individual listing)
Definitions:
Account Status: Overall average performance score across all properties since creation. Drives official status (Educate, Good, etc.) and affects Superhost eligibility (≥4.8).
Listing Status: Average performance score for an individual listing since creation.
Statuses
Next to each rating, Airbnb provides a status with its definition and any required action:

Too many quality issues; listing marked for removal in 30 days. |
CRITICAL: Contact Airbnb to prevent permanent removal. |
Suspended |
Listing suspended due to quality issues. |
INACTIVE LISTING: Contact Airbnb to reinstate. |
Removed |
Listing permanently removed from Airbnb. |
Listing is offline permanently. |
Metrics Overview
To the right of the status, the dashboard shows 6 key metrics:

Guest rating on tidiness, hygiene, and maintenance |
Low scores may lead to violations. Use a detailed cleaning checklist. |
Accuracy |
Guest rating on how well listing description, photos, and amenities match reality |
Low scores indicate unmet expectations. Update listing to reflect reality. |
Check-In |
Guest rating on ease, clarity, and simplicity of arrival and check-in |
Low scores suggest unclear instructions. Streamline your check-in guide. |
Communication |
Guest rating on responsiveness and helpfulness |
High scores require prompt responses (within 24h). Supports Superhost requirements. |
Location |
Guest rating on suitability and convenience of the location |
Low scores may require adjusting the listing description (noise, distance, etc.). |
Value |
Guest rating on value for price paid |
Low scores indicate guests feel the property is overpriced. |
Understanding Score Trends (Week-over-Week, WoW)
WoW Percentage: Shows recent performance compared to the previous period (e.g., +1% WoW).
Green Up Arrow: Metric performance has improved.
Red Down Arrow: Metric performance has declined.
5-Star Review Rate
This graph tracks your weekly success in receiving perfect 5-star reviews, helping you spot performance changes immediately.
A. Graph
Data Displayed: Percentage of reviews in a week that were 5-star.
Incomplete Week: Dotted line indicates the current week is not complete.
B. 5-Star Review Rate Metric
Rate (e.g., 75% Last Full Week): Calculated using the last completed week.
WoW Metric (e.g., +25% WoW): Compares last completed week's 5-star rate with the previous completed week. Current incomplete week is excluded.
Review Tag Summary
When guest leave reviews, they rate Accuracy, Cleanliness, Check in, Communication, and Location. In each component, you will see:
Number of Reviews: The count in the top-right corner of each category card corresponds to how many reviews contributed a rating for that specific category.
Tags: Short descriptive phrases chosen by guests.
Positive Tags (Green): Highlight elements guests praised by guests
Negative Tags (Red): Highlight specific areas of dissatisfaction.
Tag Percentage (%): The number next to each tag corresponds to the percentage of reviews under this category that contained this specific tag.

Dashboard Updates: The dashboard automatically updates to show metrics within the date range selected.

This table lists actual guest reviews, allowing you to quickly inspect feedback and investigate issues.

Reservation ID |
The unique ID for the booking, taken directly from Airbnb. |
Rating |
The overall star rating given in the review. |
Public Review |
The text of the review visible on your public listing page. |
"View Details" button |
Click to open a modal with the full, detailed feedback for that review. |
"View Details"
By clicking "View Details", you will see further details level on an individual reviews such as:
Private Review: Feedback left by the guest that is visible only to you and Airbnb.
Positive Reviews: Lists specific positive tags selected by the guest.
Customer Support Violations: Lists any negative issues or tags reported by the guest that may trigger a quality review by Airbnb.
Category Rating: Shows the specific 1 to 5 star rating the guest gave for each individual category (Cleanliness, Accuracy, Check in, etc.).
