After purchasing a subscription, an invoice will be issued, and your changes will take effect immediately.
Invoices will be sent via email and can also be accessed directly in your Smoobu profile here.
For payments via bank transfer (available in Germany only), Smoobu's bank details can be found on your invoice.
If you pay by credit card or direct debit, the charge will be processed immediately.

Hello ,
I’ve noticed a very large payment has come out of my account last night for around £1300 ??
I pay monthly and was not informed of this payment so would like to know what’s it’s for and get it refunded as soon as possible please .
