Unsubscribe for Individual Properties
To stop using Smoobu Dynamic Pricing for any property, simply toggle off the feature for the selected property or properties.
Dynamic pricing will be deactivated, and charges for that property will no longer apply for that accommodation starting on your next billing cycle.
Unsubscribe for All Properties (and the Smoobu Dynamic Pricing service)
Please note: If you wish to deactivate Smoobu Dynamic Pricing for all units, you will need to click Unsubscribe.
Step by Step:
1) First, please click toggle off your properties
2) Then, click Unsubscribe
3) To continue using Smoobu Dynamic Pricing (SDP) until the end of your current billing cycle, tick the box. If you wish to stop SDP immediately, leave the box unticked.
4) You can then choose to keep your last updated dynamic prices or to restore your prices to what they prior you enabling to Smoobu Dynamic Pricing. If you choose to restore them, please note that any dates without previously entered prices will remain blank.
*IMPORTANT*: We strongly recommend reviewing your Pricing tab and making any necessary adjustments.
5) Click Unsubscribe
6) If you chose to continue using Smoobu Dynamic Pricing until your subscription expires, you will see till when it will be activated by hovering the on the tool tip.
