** How Do I Start Using Smoobu? (First Day Guide) **

If you have signed on with our Smoobu free trial for 14 days, welcome! Here we cover what to do on your first day with Smoobu. This guide explains how to start with our Channel Manager and synchronize the different channels.
1) Complete the guided onboarding and create your properties
a) After signing up for a 14-day free trial on our website, check your email for a verification link and click it to confirm your account.
b) You’ll then be guided through our onboarding process to create your internal properties. Click Continue to get started.
c) Add your properties to Smoobu by entering an internal name for each one, then click Continue.
d) To complete your property setup, click Continue to Home.
2) Connect your channels
a) After creating your properties, click Connect a new channel funder Channel Status or Channels in the left-hand menu.
b) We’ve listed the most popular channels at the top. Click Connect next to each channel you want to use. For other channels, search the list of available channels and click Connect.

d) Be sure to connect all channels you are listed on. Smoobu will import confirmed native bookings from each channel.
3) Enter your direct bookings and blocked periods
⚠️ Important: Your central calendar is now Smoobu. If there are periods that should not be available, add them to Smoobu. Your calendar must be 100% complete (all channel reservations, blocked periods, and direct bookings). See our guide here.
4) Replicate Smoobu calendar across all your channels (recommended)
For Airbnb, Booking.com, and Expedia, use Availability settings: Pricing / Settings / Availability Settings. More info here.
5) Make sure you've got prices across all channels
Smoobu can start with your pre-existing prices from the channels. For new pricing, set prices using our pricing guide.
6) Explore other features
