How do I connect Stripe to Smoobu?

This guide shows you how to connect your Stripe account to Smoobu in just a few steps. Once connected, you can accept credit card payments through the Booking Engine on your own website or your Smoobu website. You’ll also be able to create and send Stripe payment links to guests directly from Smoobu.

Step-by-Step

1) In Stripe, make sure your account is set to LIVE mode and enable the payment methods you want.

2) In Smoobu, go to Marketplace > Stripe

3) Click Connect. You will be redirected to Stripe.

4) Log into your Stripe account
5) Click on Connect on the Stripe page

✅ You should receive an email advising: "Stripe was added to your Smoobu Account as a Payment Method".

6) In Smoobu, go to Configuration → Booking Engine → Booking System Settings and enable Stripe Connect (Credit Card) and any other payment methods you’d like to use.

7) Select Stripe Connect as your Default Payment
