What is PriceLabs?

PriceLabs is an online revenue management and dynamic pricing tool for vacation rentals. It uses market data such as local demand, seasonal patterns, holidays, and booking windows to suggest prices and stay restrictions for your properties. These recommendations can help increase revenue and reduce the time spent on manual pricing updates. You remain in control at all times, with the option to customize or override PriceLabs’ suggestions, for example during special seasons or events.

Step-by-Step

1) Enter Base Prices on the Pricing tab . PriceLabs will only send prices if there's pricing information to overwrite in Smoobu.

2) Click Configuration > Booking Engine > Booking System Settings and define a currency.

3) Click Marketplace → Dynamic Pricing → PriceLabs

4) Enter Address, Rooms and Beds, and Amenities for your property and save.

⚠️ Important: If you have multiple properties, choose each from the drop-down list under the Property Details heading.

5) Click on "Connect" and copy your API key.

6) In PriceLabs, click Connect via PMS.

7) Select Smoobu and paste your API Key.
