To enter prices in Smoobu and ensure they sync correctly with your booking portals, refer to our guide on setting prices and minimum stays. If you’d like to apply different pricing for different portals, we recommend following the dedicated guide for that setup. If you’ve already configured your pricing but need to re-push or force a sync based on your current settings, this guide will walk you through it in just a few clicks.
When is this necessary?
- If you added your base prices in Smoobu before connecting a booking portal, you’ll need to initiate a price push after the connection (the same applies when adding a new portal).
- If you updated your percentage adjustment after entering base prices but only clicked “Save,” the system won’t automatically overwrite existing prices. To apply the updated markup immediately, follow the guide below to push the changes.
Step-by-Step
1) Click Pricing on the left-hand menu.
2) Above the Prices table, click Settings → Percentage Adjustment.\
3) Click Overwrite Prices.
To verify your prices have synced correctly:
- Go to Pricing.
- Click the arrow next to Base Price.
- Check that the prices for each portal reflect the applied percentage adjustment.
For example:
- Base Price = 100
- Booking.com percentage adjustment = 18%
- Displayed price on Booking.com = 118
Since 100 × 1.18 = 115, this confirms the prices have synced correctly.
