Turn off price synchronization and manage prices on the channel yourself

If you'd rather set a channel's prices yourself, on Booking.com for example, you can stop Smoobu from pushing prices to it. It takes one checkbox in the Price settings modal. Airbnb is the one channel where this will not give you what you want, and the section below says why.

Stop syncing prices to one channel

1. Open Pricing > Settings > Percentage adjustment. The Price settings modal opens.
2. Find the channel's row and untick its Price Sync checkbox.

Smoobu then stops pushing prices to the channel, and the channel keeps whatever it last had.

Airbnb: unticking Price Sync gives you no control

Airbnb is the exception. For Airbnb, leave the Price Sync checkbox on. You can untick it, but it will not give you control on Airbnb's side: Airbnb does not accept manual price edits from hosts connected to a channel manager.
