If you manage more than one Smoobu account, you can link them and switch between them from the profile-icon menu, without logging out and back in each time. You add each extra account once, then switch freely after that. There is no plan requirement.
Account switching is available in the desktop web app and the mobile web app at login.smoobu.com that you access with your browser. The native Smoobu mobile app does not offer account switching yet. Use the mobile web app in your phone's browser if you need to switch on your phone.
Before you start
You need these before you link a second account:
- The login details (email and password) of the second account.
- Access to that account's email inbox. Smoobu sends a verification email to the account you are adding, and you confirm the link from there.
Steps
- Open the profile-icon menu in the top-right corner.
- Select Add Account (the menu entry labelled "Add Account / Switch Accounts").
- In the Add New Account window, enter the email and password of the second account and click Save. You can also add it with Login with Facebook or Login with Apple instead.
- Open the verification email sent to the account you are adding, and confirm the link.
After that, switch between your accounts anytime from the same profile-icon menu. You will not need to enter the password again.
Check it worked
Both accounts appear in your profile-icon menu. Selecting one switches you into it straight away, without logging in again.
