1) Click Booking Portals > Additional Settings Airbnb

2) In the red box, select the "Automated Reviews" tab

3) Click on "Choose Templates" and select at least one template. It is currently not possible to define your own template.

2. Wait for 2 days after the guest’s check-out date.
3. Re-enable the automated review feature once the review window has passed.

Note: Disabling this feature will pause all automated reviews, not just for one guest.

1) Open the Booking Details for the relevant reservation (within 2 days after check-out)

2) Scroll down to the review section of the booking

3) Click on "Send manual review"
