Genius is an exclusive marketing program designed to give eligible hosts significantly more exposure on external booking channels. By becoming a Genius partner, your property gains extra visibility through specialized branding, dedicated filter matching, and targeted marketing campaigns.

On average, accommodations participating in the program experience:

• A 30% increase in search result views.

• A 45% increase in bookings.

• A 40% increase in revenue (even with the cost of the discount factored in).

When you join, a standard 10% Genius discount is automatically applied to your least expensive or most popular property type. You can also choose to unlock higher discount tiers or offer value-adds like free breakfast to appeal to advanced Genius traveler audiences.

Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for the Genius partner program, your property must meet the following baseline requirements:

• Your accommodation has received at least three guest reviews.

• Your property has a Guest Review Score of at least 7.5.

How to Join the Genius Program

If your property meets the eligibility criteria, you can enroll directly from your web portal:

1. Log in to your account.

2. From the navigation Menu, select Boost Performance.

3. Click on Genius partner programme to complete your registration.

How to Suspend Your Genius Discount (Blockout Dates)

You can pause your discounts during peak seasons or specific periods when you prefer to display your standard base price. Your chosen blockout dates do not have to be consecutive.

The number of days you can pause depends on your tier level:

• Level 1, 2, and 3 (10% Discount): You can suspend this baseline discount for up to 30 days per year.

• Level 2 and 3 (15% Discount): You receive an extra 30 days to pause the 15% discount specifically.

• Level 3 (20% Discount): You receive an extra 60 days to pause both your 15% and 20% discounts.

To pause your discount:

1. Navigate to Boost Performance and select Genius partner programme.

2. Click Suspend your discount.

3. Select your desired dates on the calendar tool.

4. For each date, choose the specific discount tier you want to pause, then click Select.

5. Click Save changes to finalize.

How to Opt Out of the Genius Program

If you decide the program no longer aligns with your rental business goals, you can leave at any time:

1. Navigate to Boost Performance and click Genius partner programme.

2. Open the Manage your Discount tab.

3. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Quit Genius programme.

4. Click Continue when asked "Are you sure you want to leave Genius?"

5. Select your reason for leaving and click Continue.

6. Click Leave Genius to finalize your removal.

Warning: Once you opt out of the program, a six-month waiting period may apply before you are permitted to rejoin.
