How do I offer additional products/services in my Guest Guide and/or Website?

This guide explains how to use Smoobu to add additional products and services to your guests to purchase through your Guest Guide and website. Even if only direct booking guests are able to access your additional items offer at the moment of booking, your Airbnb and Booking.com guests can also purchase products and services at a later stage from your Guest Guide.

Step-by-Step

1) Click Configuration > Booking Engine

2) Click the + next to Additional Items

3) Then, add:

  • A name (for example Breakfast)

  • Accommodations / Properties which you offer this item

  • Value (or price) of the item

  • The Price Calculation

    • per person

    • per booking

    • per night

    • per person and night

  • Tax % (this is included in the items cost)

  • Max quantity (per booking)

  • Where to offer the additional item: Your Website, Guest Guide or Both / All

4) Save

💡Please note: Available payment methods for purchases from the Guest Guide are Stripe (Credit Card) and invoice.

    I want to change one of the additional items (add an accomodation) but I don't see how to save the changes
