This guide explains how to adjust your Homepage and Calendar View to match your preferences and workflow.
Homepage Customization
To get started, click Customize in the top right corner of your Homepage.
From there, you can choose which elements you’d like to display by simply toggling them on or off. Options include Upcoming Events, Activity Feed, Channel Status, Setup Tasks, Resources Hub, and Marketplace.
Take a moment to tailor your Homepage so it highlights the information most relevant to you.
Note: Your Homepage will remain your main landing page in Smoobu, giving you quick access to the tools and updates you need most.
Calendar Views
On the Calendar tab in Smoobu, you can choose between three different views: Multi, Single / Monthly, and Single / Yearly.
Multi View: Displays all your properties in a single, linear view — ideal for getting a quick overview of all bookings at once.
Tip: You can customize your Multi View using filters by channel and label to focus on what’s most relevant.
Single / Monthly View: Shows the current month for a single property, helping you focus on one property’s schedule in detail.
Single / Yearly View: Displays three months at a time for one property, allowing you to scroll forward up to 12 months (one year) in advance.
Calendar Customization
To customize your Calendar, click Customize.
From there, you can:
Select a Default Calendar View from the list. Once you’ve made your selection, click the X to save and close.
Anchor Property Names: Toggle this option on or off. When turned off, property names will not scroll along with the rest of the calendar as you move through the months.
Customize Your Booking Preview: Toggle options on or off to adjust what details you see at a glance.
The options appear directly on the booking or when hovering over it.

Liebes Smoobu Team - Vielen Dank! Das Feature ist wirklich klasse! Eine Bitte: uns würde es helfen - sofern es die Funktion nicht gibt - wenn man festlegen kann, welches Apartment bei Start der Anwendung selektiert ist.

How do we center the calendar in iframe when embedding it into our website? By default it aligns to the left and it looks strange that way. I tried adding some different versions of code into the code like 'text-align: center' but I'm not having any luck. Please help.

Could you please sort our calendar acc. to numbers from Nr.1 to Nr.10. Now you have implemented new type of calendar where our apartments our sorted out of order.
