2) First, if you haven't already done so, enter a Base Price. Here is a guide.
Base prices are used for your direct and personal website bookings.
3) Above the prices table, click Settings then Percentage adjustment
4) Enter the mark-up / percentage adjustment (it can also be negative). For example, enter 15.5% for Airbnb.
💡 Tip: We generally advise to enter a markup percentage similar to the commission each portal is charging you. This way, after each portal deducts their commission, you will net a similar amount to your direct and website bookings (which are basically commission free).
5) Click Save or Overwrite Prices
By clicking on Save, the new percentage will only apply to price changes (new entries) you make later. The price will not be immediately transmitted to every day.
By clicking on Overwrite prices, prices with your percentage adjustment will be synchronized immediately.

what if we have more than 1 property and want to use different commission for each of them for the same booking portal?
