How do I connect Airbnb to Smoobu?

This guide explains how to connect your Airbnb account to Smoobu, allowing seamless synchronization of bookings, calendars, and guest information. It provides a step-by-step process for linking your accounts to ensure that bookings, pricing, and settings flow correctly for efficient management of your listing(s).

Before you get started

  • You must use an Airbnb account of a listing owner. Accounts of co-hosts cannot be connected.

  • To establish the connection, your listings must be set as “listed” on Airbnb.

  • If you are using Airbnb's "Smart pricing," your prices will reset to the base price. We strongly recommend disabling Smart pricing in Airbnb before connecting to Smoobu.

  • If you are using "Rule-sets," be aware that these will be cleared from your Airbnb calendar. You will need to re-apply them to the desired dates after connection.

  • You will be switched to Simplified pricing (which is generally better for you). This excludes the US, Canada, Mexico, Uruguay, The Bahamas, Argentina, and Taiwan. More information about Airbnb's fees here.

Step-by-Step

1) Click Booking Portals in the left menu.

a. If Airbnb does not appear under “My portals,” add Airbnb as a portal.

b. If Airbnb is already listed under “My portals,” click on "Edit" at the far right of the Airbnb line.

2) Click "Connect accounts." You will be redirected to Airbnb.

3) Accept the connection in Airbnb. You will then be redirected back to Smoobu.

4) Click "Not connected" and match your property to the corresponding Airbnb listing. Repeat as needed.

5) Save

All of your Airbnb reservations will now be imported into Smoobu. Read our First Day Guide for next steps!

    I tried to check this app and I downloaded , unfortunately one of my houses reserved the caller dar on Air bnb and from not available they became available again the dates . Could you please disconnect for now until I know how to us the system my property connected with your site
