A dynamic-pricing tool sets your nightly rates for you based on demand, and Smoobu can hand its prices straight to your connected channels. Smoobu works with its own built-in Dynamic Pricing add-on and with four third-party tools: PriceLabs, Beyond, Wheelhouse, and Smartpricing. One tool controls your prices at a time
Only one pricing engine can manage your prices at a time. Whichever you connect, that tool becomes the source of your prices: your prices in the rate calendar are overwritten by the dynamic-pricing tool. From then on you manage your prices in the tool, not in Smoobu, unless you use Smoobu Dynamic Pricing. Smoobu passes your prices on to your channels. If you want to switch tools later, disconnect the current one first.

Smoobu Dynamic Pricing

PriceLabs
PriceLabs is a third-party tool that prices your properties using hyperlocal market data. You connect it with an API key: Smoobu generates the key and you paste it into your PriceLabs account. Follow for the steps.

Wheelhouse
Wheelhouse is a third-party tool that prices your properties based on supply, demand, seasonality, events, and booking pace, and it is geared toward hosts with larger portfolios. You connect it by signing in to your Wheelhouse account. Follow for the steps.

Common questions
Can I run two dynamic-pricing tools at once?
No. Only one engine can manage your prices at a time. If you connect a second tool, you first disconnect the one you were using.
Do these tools change the prices on my channels too?
Yes. The tool sets your Smoobu prices, and Smoobu then pushes those prices to your connected channels. If you also apply a per-channel percentage on top, see .
