How do I manage my Airbnb listing with Smoobu?

Once Airbnb is connected, most of what you used to change on Airbnb moves into Smoobu: your prices, your discounts, your automated reviews. This page is the map. It walks the stages in the order most hosts need them and links the article that does each one, so you can start anywhere and come back.

1. Connect Airbnb to Smoobu

Link your Airbnb account so bookings, availability and prices flow between the two. See How do I connect Airbnb to Smoobu?. If you run more than one Airbnb account, connect-more-than-one-airbnb-account covers adding the second and later ones.

2. Learn which side owns which setting

After connecting, some Airbnb fields stop accepting edits on Airbnb and are managed in Smoobu instead, while a few stay on Airbnb. Knowing the line saves you hunting for a setting in the wrong place. See who-controls-what-after-connecting.

3. Set your prices and minimum stay

4. Set up your discounts and promotions

Weekly, monthly, early-bird, last-minute and mobile-only discounts, plus the New Listing Promotion, are all set in Smoobu on the Airbnb card. 5. Take Airbnb's own suggestions

Airbnb sends tailored recommendations for your listing, such as an amenity to add or a discount to run, and you apply them from inside Smoobu. See apply-airbnb-opportunities.

6. Turn on Instant Book

Let eligible guests book without waiting for your approval. See activate-instant-book-on-airbnb.

7. Handle reviews

8. Keep your listing quality up

When something is not right

If prices, availability or bookings are not moving between Smoobu and Airbnb, work through My prices/availability aren't updating on Airbnb. If you are ending the connection, see disconnect-airbnb.
